Good Day to all my young men. My name is Mr. Williams. In life there are many obstacles that you may come across.  As a  young boy I came across obstacles that prevented me from believing in myself. I had to overcome those obstacles and once  I did that I knew that I could be anything I put my mind to. You will always have people  that don't  you to see your dream come true. You could be telling your so-called friends that you  inspire to be a doctor and they may say, " Man you're not smart enough to be a doctor".  Instead of letting that type of comment boggle you down and hurt your ego you have to be able to realize that the person/persons who tell you  that may not be your true friend.  Turn the negative energy into something postive and let that energy be the fuel that gives you the ability to become a doctor or lawyer.  Young men don't let any one stop you from your dream. Embrace the people that want to see your dream come true, and the people that don't want to see your goal and ambition come true, just use that  negative energy to move forward and knock those walls down.  You can be anything you want to be.  Myself, I started out being a Ford Motor Company employee and now I'm also an apprentice in the massage therapy field, I also cater and am in the process of becoming a Special Education Teacher. I  want to tell you that  you have to be careful of whom you call friend. A friend will be there  with you through thick and thin.  A friend will let you know  when you are doing something wrong and still love you. A friend will be there when you are poor and when you become rich. One last thing  that I want to tell  you:  A person is judged by  the company he keeps around him.  THIS STATEMENT IS VERY TRUE.  If you hang around people that lie and steal, then people  will consider you a thief.  If you  hang around people  that are successful and  are taking care of business then people  will  consider you to be a successful person.  Young men, you are our future! Make the most of your time and do what Bret Hart former wrestler of the World Wrestling Federation now called WWE says, "Be the best there is, the best there was, and the best that there ever will be".
